Daria Rosen and Jon Hunt Expand Nectar Client Services
HOLYOKE, MA 6/24/2021 — As hospitals and health systems realign priorities post-pandemic, IT and clinical leaders are realizing that addressing workflow and process management issues are as important as their technology needs. As a result, and amid a period of record growth, Nectar Strategic Consulting has added two senior consultants to its leadership team.
Jon Hunt, an industry expert in organizational transformation and change management methodologies with more than 35 years of experience, has joined the company as Director, Client Services. Daria Rosen has been named Senior Manager, Client Services, bringing with her 15 years of healthcare experience managing teams, programs, projects and budgets, while focused on organizational process improvement.
“Daria and Jon recognize the need to modify clinical workflows to meet the needs of healthcare processes and providers,” commented Nectar Chief Executive Officer Barbara Casey. “Unifying best in class technology and driving healthcare transformation to achieve clinical objectives is what we’re all about.”
Hunt’s healthcare career began as a house orderly and respiratory therapist, advanced over time to hospital management, and then extended to a distinguished career as a senior consultant to health systems and physician practices across North America. Prior consulting work included serving as a Senior Director for performance-based consultancies and building a consulting practice for a large healthcare IT company.
Rosen has partnered with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement successful operational and clinical outcomes. Based in Sacramento, California, she has worked as a senior consultant to Providence Health Services, Sutter Health, and Kaiser Permanente.
“We see Nectar and the rest of our Pixel Health family playing a pivotal role in helping health systems to envision bold digital health strategies, to select and apply the proper technologies, and to integrate them into the fabric of the healthcare delivery process to the benefit of all involved users and stakeholders,” added Casey.
While most healthcare consulting groups specialize in either strategic planning or technical execution, as a member of the Pixel Health family of healthcare companies, Nectar and its sister companies do both, bringing together strategic advisory services, human-centered design, clinical, regulatory, financial, operational, and technical design/support. The company is structured so every client has access to the expertise of the entire organization at no additional expense.
