New name, same focus on healthcare
“Since baytechIT launched in 2018 as a new joint venture between Pixel Health and Baystate Health, we’ve been honored to earn the trust of clinics, hospitals, and health systems and support their healthcare IT needs,” said Red Smith, President, Pixel Health Technology Services.
“Under this new brand name, we’ll continue to deliver data-driven IT solutions that empower clinicians, executives, and hospital staff members, whether they are working onsite, in the ER, OR, ICU, or supporting their practice remotely,” he added.
Enabling a clinician-centric approach in practices
With a singular focus on IT healthcare, the Pixel Health Technology Services team is constantly evolving to stay up to date with the latest healthcare systems, apps, tools, and technologies that impact the clinical workflow.
“As healthcare technology continually improves, our team keeps pace with these changes and re-evaluates the specific needs of healthcare workers—from the end user in the clinic to the C-level staff,” said Jennifer Brown, Vice President, Customer Operations. “We’re proactive in our approach as we reduce incident rates, anticipate the time-critical needs of the clinical environment, and ensure all IT-based healthcare operations run reliably.”
Looking ahead to highlight service excellence
In the weeks ahead, the new Pixel Health Technology Services brand will be reflected across the Pixel Health website and marketing initiatives. Team members will be transitioned to a @pixelhealth.com email address but will continue to receive emails sent to previous email addresses ending in @gopixelhealth.com or @baytechit.com.
“This rebranding has no formal impact on our existing business relationships,” explained Red. “We hope it will highlight our service excellence, operational efficiency, and reliability as we streamline clinical workflows, improve patient engagement, and achieve meaningful outcomes, working together with our clients.”
